I am trying to make each checkbox in this gallery make a certain form visible on the same screen. I could only make it so that one checkbox controls all the forms on my screen. How do I make each check box control an individual form's visiblity?
Im not 100% sure about your question, but if your screenshot represents a gallery with the 5 items, "Document Approval Request", Document Effe..." , .......
then you could just go into the visible properties of eg. Document Approval Request Form
and write there GalleryXY.Selected.(Value or what ever the field is called that contents the name) = "Document Approval Request"
so if Document Approval Request is selected in the gallery, Document Approval Request Form will be visible, same thing for the others
