    Hi @litalleibman123 ,

If I am getting it right , In order to send email to multiple customers you should retrieve all those first and do loop to send email.

    Thanks

yes. I chose for example 2 contacts from crm , changed a specific field that triggers my flow and eventually it sends the email to both of the contacts that i chose. The problem is that after they answer my forms pro survey and click send - both records in crm of these contacts are being updated with the one who sent the survey last (instead of updating first record with the first person survey response and the other with the second one)

    Hi @litalleibman123,

You could use the trigger when a response submit to trigger the Flow once someone response, then store them into a SharePoint list or Excel file. Once the number of rows up to the number you want, add them into the CRM at the same time.

After all, empty the SharePoint list or Excel file for next use.
