Hi ,

I am having issue with Power Automate Flow for Dynamics CRM.

I am pulling data from CRM and creating excel file on one derive.

I have build flow in DEV under my id it was working now I move into UAT as unmanaged solution along with all connectors. (Onedrive for business, email, Dataverse, excel, etc.)

We have imported power automate into UAT as unmanaged solution, I have assign service account since power automate should run under service account.

Issue is when I am getting sample excel file from one drive. I am getting below error message.

I am expecting, it should use service account one drive. service account does have its onedrive. I am not sure but issue has been resolved. I have tried to use existing empty excel file as template and create new excel file.

Issue has been resolve, I manually select those file again in UAT environment.

I have noticed, when I move my power automate from DEV to UAT thru solution. I need to reselect some settings as onedrive for business connector and excel for business connector. After it start working.

I have imported this power automate flow as unmanaged in UAT so I was able to re-select the settings but I am not sure what would happen when I move them into PROD as managed.

Hope it works since I am planning to use same service account.

If you are switching to a service account after the import did you make sure to give the service account access to your OneDrive?  That may be where the permission issue is coming from. Also, when you say service account is it an actual O365 account or something else in Azure AD?
