Hi guys,

I have another question. I have two different Dynamics 365 tenants. Based on advise by @abm I was able to read the lables for multioptions field for one tenant. Today when I was trying to do on the other tenant I noticed that this entity is not available. What am I doing wrong? Any idea?

I am keen to learn more about this entity.

All help is welcome.

    Hello @Symira

Is the String Maps entity created in that Environment/Organization?

To check if the entity exists. Click the Data tab in Power automate. This will bring you to Power Apps page. Check inside the data tab for the String Maps entity.

If the entity is in fact created and showing in Dynamics / CDS..

Check your connection settings. As the connection may not have access to that entity.

    Hi @Symira

Enter that as custom value and see that works or not.

    Thanks
