I've created a flow which connects with Power BI and Sharepoint. Whenever any new user open up power bi desktop and triggers the flow, it keep triggering and doesn't change to triggered state. However, if same user refresh the page and run the flow again, it triggers on second attempt without any delay. Not sure what could be issue here.
