MS Form connection to Email Address or Name

OK, I have a need, we are using Forms to enter in User tickets.  What I'd like is the ability to be able to have the user select from  at the least, our email addresses to grab a name, this way, it's consistent and we don't have to worry about wrong spelling of names, etc.  Is there a way to do this in Forms?

Thanks, Shawnna

Unfortunately the best you can do is to provide a list of choices via a choice question.

Can you provide a little more detail on you requirement so that alternatives might be suggested?

For example, you might provide a list of departments and your Flow could take action based on the department.

@Anonymous Forms Pro might be able to do more, but with the standard Forms there is nothing you can do other than to add all the addresses into a choice list.

Is there the ability in maybe HTML under the form to do it?

We have Sharepoint Forms now we are using and we are going to use Microsoft Forms to replace it.  I'm just surprized we can't do a lookup within the form.

So, this is what we do now.......that way, we don't have to worry about anybody miss typing a name as we do searches and sorting on these names.

    Hopefully that makes sense.
