Using 'When email arrives(V2/V3)' trigger on non microsoft(or gmail) email in outlook

I have a connected email for my outlook which is not a gmail or microsoft domain. This email address is used to receive emails from customer on daily  bases, so I decided to use power automate to create a flow for work purpose.

Basically I want to extract meta data from emails and save it to my excel in OneDrive, extract attachments from emails and save it to my OneDrive. It works perfectly for my hotmail account, but when I put the business connected email account into 'When email arrives(V2/V3)' trigger, it won't fire on email arrival.

I've tried another method which is resending the email from business email to my personal hotmail, it works fine but there will be confidential issues.

My question: Does Power automate support 3rd party email that's connected to outllook? If yes, what set-up am I doing wrong, if no, what's a feasible solution?

    Hi @JessicaWang :

I am afraid that the Office 365 Outlook connector does not support third-party mailboxes.
