Hi Everyone,

I am a total noob Power Automate user and want to know if the process for my business problem can work with Power Automate (or alternative).

Business Problem:

I have a 30-70 page PowerBI paginated report exported in PDF, with 1 user per page. I have to split the large PDF into individual user pages, rename each PDF to the user name, and send out each PDF to the user. I currently have a excel mapping table of the user name and user email, so I think this can be done with Power Automate.

Thought Process:

1) Split PDF into individual files based on user

2) Save each PDF with [username].pdf

3) Take each PDF with [username].pdf, lookup excel mapping table for [username] and populate the user's [emailaddress]

I was also advised verbally that this can be done with Common Connectors (without using Power Automate).

Any thoughts?
