Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on a workflow to automatically assign Planner Tasks depending on the response from a Form. The question I'm getting the emails from is a multiple selection question in Forms. When someone selects multiple emails, the answer is in the corresponding Excel spreadsheet with the emails separated by a semi colon (;). This makes it easy to reference in the Planner as Planner reads the ; as a separator and it assigns the multiple people.
I also have an "Update task details" step in this form and want the task to have Checklist items that say "xxxx@email.com to complete" for each email selected in the Form question. I was looking into using a split expression but am having trouble figuring out how to do so or if there's a better way to do this.
Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions! I'm not an advance user by any means but am looking to learn.
