How to create a flow to get confirmation from other employees that they were awareness

Hi guys, please advise.
We have global guidelines that we regularly need to send to all employees and request confirmation from them.
I trying to set up a flow using Create an approval (wait for all responses/Everyone must approve) and after they are approved my request the flow records some simple data to the Excel file located in SharePoint.
But the main problem is the flow records data into an Excel file only when all approvers was approved file. But I need to record confirmation in Excel after every single approver clicks the confirmed button.
I have over 200 approvers and it's not good to wait until all will see the email.
How to create a flow which will record data whenever someone pushes the confirmed button?

Refer to my demo:
Select columns:
msdyn_flow_approvalresponseidx_approvalid,msdyn_flow_approvalresponse_comments,ownerid,msdyn_flow_approvalresponseidx_owninguserid,msdyn_flow_approvalresponse_response,createdon

addMinutes(utcNow(), -30) items('Apply_to_each')?['msdyn_flow_approvalresponse_response'] item()?['msdyn_flow_approvalresponseidx_owninguserid']

So that you will get approvers' name and responses, use them to make records.
