Microsoft Flow Post Lookup Fields Rest

I'm trying to post in Project Online PWA some Custom Fields via HTTP Rest. The problem is that some of them (3 entries) are Lookup Entries and I do not know how to post them in this way: (attached image). Thanks for the feedback that you can give me !

    What is the problem you are currently experiencing? Do you want to know how to get the lookup column value?
