
Hi all,
A company where I currently work at rapidly growing and one of the managers complained about setting up the same meetings for new hires. I proposed that we may use Power Automate (Excel where employee's code and its email are written down and meeting times)-Outlook.
My assumptions:
All meetings and its length are always at the same time during 2 weeks of training
The sender is also the same
I tried to work on Power Automate while I created a flow where a new member in Teams will be automatically invited to a meeting, but my problem seems a bit more complex.
Any help would definitely be valuable.
