in this link it is written that open editor's advanced config file. Help me to find out this file.
FYI this is not the correct forum for this question, it would be more suited to the Datavere forum.
However, you basically create your own as a web resource and then configure the control on the field on the form. There is a link in the Prerequisites section in the link you provided that provides details of how to set it up, (specifically the "Customize a specific instance of the rich text editor" under that prerequisites link).
