Get duplicate flow alerts

Hi,

I started using flow last week. It's pretty cool with one big problem: for any flow that I set up based off my work outlook account I get duplicate alerts emails, basically anything that I set up to be triggered by a new email. It even happens when I use the canned Get a push notification when you receive an email from your boss template. I get five push notifications for every email my boss sends me.

Thanks for your feedback.

Could you show me a screenshot of the Output for the action “send a push notification”?

You could get the Output by clicking the “i” icon, then click on the Status, then click the action “Send a push notification”, you will get it at there.

Thanks for your detailed screenshot.

What’s your phone version? What’s the latest Flow version on your side?

Could you show me a URL of your flow for a further investigation?

You could get the URL by clicking the “i” icon, then click one of the run status, then copy the URL of the Flow.

I tried this issue on my side, but I was not able to reproduce it.

Please help collect more information about this issue. If possible, I will be going to report this issue on my side.

I have a Lumia 950

The version of Flow on my phone is version 2.8.4.

One of the flows url that's doing the duplicates is: https://flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments/Default-9274ee3f-9425-4109-a27f-9fb15c10675d/flows/4daba25a-5071-4627-b5d8-e68d7259f59d. That's the Get a push notification when you receive an email from your boss flow that's supplied by Microsoft.

I'm still getting duplicates for any flow that I create based off an email coming into office 365.

I created another Get a push notification when you receive an email from your boss flow from the Microsoft template. This is the only flow that's currently enabled. The url is https://flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments/Default-9274ee3f-9425-4109-a27f-9fb15c10675d/flows/8041d8f2-abd7-4791-a11d-e192178237e3, I'm still getting 5 alerts for every email I get from my manager

I'm not sure, it got so annoying I disabled all my flows. I'm not really using it any more.

I have the same problem too - always 5 times and I have a 950XL with everything up-to-date. Happens on any push notification I do. I have a Twilio account, so I can switch to text, but I'd really like to use the Push instead.
