What’s your phone version? What’s the latest Flow version on your side?
Could you show me a URL of your flow for a further investigation?
You could get the URL by clicking the “i” icon, then click one of the run status, then copy the URL of the Flow.

I tried this issue on my side, but I was not able to reproduce it.
Please help collect more information about this issue. If possible, I will be going to report this issue on my side.
