Lookup field - the supplied reference is invalid

I'm trying to add a new row in Dynamics CRM and get this error on a lookup field

I'm unsure what I've got wrong here as I've used the same format for Franchise Value to End and it works. I've used this same format all throughout the flow with no issues. Note, this is the only place in the flow I'm using a lookup to the Accounts table. I'm not sure if that's what the problem is.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @ceedee85

Could you check whether an an item exists in the Accounts table with the specified value (Franchisee (Value)) ? It seems it's not found in the Accounts table.

Thanks for replying. There's data in the lookup field but the flow doesn't seem to be picking it up. Any idea as to why this might be happening?
