Hi!

Just wondering why when creating a "send with options" Flow email, why is there two places to put inputs in? See below for what I mean 🙂

    Hi @MikeTwister,

You could select Yes in Send email with options-Use only HTML message, so that you can only put a place in the display of the mail on the web.

For reference, in Outlook client, no matter how you set up the display of such emails, there is only one place where you can put inputs in.

Wow this send email with options really solved my problem. 😄 I never knew we could do something like this.

I was looking for a way for users to re-send a document for approval if the management requires an edit of it before approving.

    Thanks!

Is there any option to hide the HTML (bottom portion)?  In Office 365 Outlook, the top part (non HTML) works perfectly.  After the user selects an option, the email changes to show they selected the option.  This is perfect.  But if they happen to go down to the HTML options, when they select an option there, it opens a browser window, and then the email itself does not change.

Is there a simple way to hide that HTML portion, or perhaps insert a bunch of blank rows to push it out of sight, or maybe format it to be invisible?

Yes.  I hid the bottom portion and buttons, and only showed the top portion.  Make the following yes/no selections, then as you can see in my 2nd screen shot, it only shows the top set of buttons.
