I have to create a Multiple Approvals flow when Data is store in my SharePoint. "Key Personal" is my list name.

Project_ID is coming from main SharePoint List. ( Information )
Role and Assign_To are coming from Power Apps.

So I want that approvals flow goes one by one as my Assign_To what ever the Role comes first.

Hi @B8 ,

Do you mean each time when there's a new item added into "Key Personal" list, you want to trigger an approval flow and assign to the user in "Assign_To"?

Yes , Their are 4 Role in Power apps Dropdown as "Facility Manager", "Outage Manager" ,"Project Manger", "Project Lead" any of these 4 Role could be selected. user would be select 2 , it could be select 3 or 1 also. As you can see Project_ID is same for both the Role only Assign Person are different.

So the Approval should go to First Assigned person if he Approve it goes to the next and so on. at last Approval should be completed if all approve if they are been assign.

Hi @B8 ,

I made a simple demo for your reference:
The flow will be trigger once there's a new item created in "Key Personal" and send assign an Approval to person in "Assign_To" column respectively.
For example, your app form will create 4 items each time submit, the flow will be triggered 4 times and send approvals to the 4 persons.

But i want my trigger should go one after the other. Firstly it should go with the first row if first assigned person "Approve" that then it should go to the other and simultaneously to other as well until it get rejected at last all Assigned person "Approve" then it should be stopped.
