I'm new in creating Flows.
I am currently trying to create a flow for our Shared Mailbox, where it checks the body when an email comes and it will send an email to the person based on the conditions that I've set. I've tried to set 2 parallel conditions, and when I tried sending 2 test email at the same time (applying the conditions that I've set). It seems like it sends both emails on both address as well.
Desired Action:
Agent 1: Sends an email to customer 1, and in the body it has Agent's 1 signature.
Agent 2: Sends an email to customer 2, and in the body it has Agent's 2 signature.
Customer 1: replies to Agent 1's email.
Customer 2: replies to agent 2's email.
Condition 1: Checks the body of email and if it sees "Agent 1 signature" it will only send a notification to agent1@domain.com
Condition 2: Checks the body of email and if it sees "Agent 2 signature" it will only send a notification to agent2@domain.com
Currently Happening:
Customer 1: replies to the email from sharedmailbox@domain.com that has signature of Agent 1, it will send a notification to both agent1 and agent2 email address.
Customer 2: replies to the email from sharedmailbox@domain.com that has signature of Agent 2, it will send a notification to both agent1 and agent2 email address.
Would greatly appreciate for some help 😄
@Anonymous
I have tested and it is working fine. Why your flow apply loop in condition block.
Thanks
