I've been experiencing a big problem with using PAD on my main computer. It's a laptop with a second monitor connected and used in the normal extended desktop view. The resolution on the laptops integrated display (the primary display #1) is 1366x768 but the resolution on the external monitor is 1920x1080. This seems to really confuse PAD as it seems to lose its ability to accurately interact with (and "pick") the elements on the external 1920x1080 screen. If I change the external display settings from the native resolution to match the laptop display resolution of 1366x768, then it seems to work as expected. I know most people are going to use matching resolutions when using multiple monitors but there are still going to be many systems that have mismatches as well. Perhaps this is only happening on my system? Can others replicate the issue?
I normally use the external 1080p display for my active work since it's also much larger physically, in addition to the larger rez, while utilizing the smaller laptop screen for misc things I need to refer to or glance at. So when creating flows and trying to pick elements on the external monitor, either UI or web, PAD is not able to accurately identify and select the items being clicked on with the mouse curser. It's like what "it" see's and what I see on the screen are not lined up. It's really aggravating, and I am forced to work around this by doing pretty all my flow development through a remote connection to another pc at home which only has a single display attached.
Here is a video showing the problem. You can notice the red selectors don't match the objects as they are shown on the screen. https://youtu.be/lKPsl-v-OkQ
