OneDrive Access denied error

I was using Power Automate Desktop, which is installed by default on Windows 11, with my personal account. Recently, when I tried to log in, an error message appeared, preventing me from accessing the flows I have invested time and effort in, so I can't execute, share, or copy them.

I can log in to make.powerautomate.com, but the menu button with nine dots on the left side is not clickable and can only be dragged like an image file.

When I log in with my school account, everything works normally, and I can access another person's personal account in the same network environment and location without issues.

The desktop flows in my personal account that I cannot access are essential for me. If you know any solutions, please share them.

If switching to a premium account is necessary, please provide information on how to do that as well.

Like many others, I too am having this exact same issue.  I cannot get to my flows on my personal account (I have a few that are critical to me).  Still waiting on a solution.  By chance, CU16100058-0 , does your 'Graph' folder say it's "Private" or "Shared"?  Mine strangely says "Shared" but when I manage access, it says there are no shares.

Thank you very much for your response.

I have checked both the files and the metadata files. However, in the new personal account, a folder named "Power Automate Desktop For Windows" is created instead of the Graph folder. Even after moving all the files from the account with the error, the flows do not appear in the new account.

It seems that instead of just copying and pasting the files using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V, some encoded data needs to be modified or verified.

If you know a solution, could you please let me know?

Same issue. After my investigation, I think flows files used by Power Automate are stored in two places.
    1. original files in Apps/Graph  folder on OneDrive
    2. caches  in the local path %localappdata%\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Console\Workspace

Power Automate use Microsoft Graph API to access OneDrive files. May be someting wrong with this service when using personal account. Possible solution is to login into OneDrive with your personal account and copy files to the other account.

Edited: This solution NOT works. Keep these files safely until  official services back to road.

local cache manual restore see here
