'.eml' and '.msg' attachments are not being retrieved from email.

I am trying to get all the attachments when an email is received and create the files in SharePoint folder. The flow is working fine but it does not retrieve '.eml' and '.msg' attachments. I am using 'When a new email arrives V3' and 'Get Attachment V2'.

    Hi @v-zhoqian-msft ,

The eml files are attached to the email locally by users and then send to a shared mailbox. The flow is trying to retrieve the attachments from the shared mailbox and create it in SharePoint. But the flow skips .eml and .msg files and create files for all other formats. Other than 'Get Attachment V2', is there any other solution I can try to make this work.

    Thanks

    Akhil

    Hi @AkhilAnil ,

What I mean is whether the. eml file in the email was uploaded locally or from a cloud service. If it is uploaded locally, it can be retrieved through 'Get Attachment V2'. If it comes from a cloud service, it is actually a link and cannot be retrieved through 'Get Attachment V2'

    Hi @v-zhoqian-msft ,

The emails are received in a shared mailbox. Is there any way to get the '.eml' and '.msg' attachments and create it in a SharePoint folder.

    Regards

    Akhil

    Hi @AkhilAnil ,

Is the '.eml' file in the email from local or cloud service? If it comes from cloud service, it will be recognized as a link in flow, not an attachment.

    Best Regards,
