Understanding PowerAutomate Plan

Hello Community members,

I am quite new to the Power Automate (this is my second day) and I am trying to getting my head around multiple things. One of the key information I am looking for is what all is available with Microsoft 365 Business Basic in terms of Power Automate and if possible Power Apps.

I am planning to design a couple of apps using Power Apps using SharePoint Lists as a database. Also, I am looking forward to using Power Automate to automate the reminder emails to be published from the SharePoint list based. Although I can create all this at this moment, I am not sure if there are any limitations associated with it. If there are, please guide me in understanding this.

Regards,

Vivek

Power Automate and Power Apps have a lot of limitations, but everything that you have described is covered under a standard business Office 365 license.  I would not expect any issues sending reminder emails, etc..

This forum is a great place to post Power Automate questions if you get stuck as is the Power Apps Community forum.

Thank you @ScottShearer for your response!

I was reading through some articles available on the Power Automate, and I guess it was mentioned that there is certain restriction in the number of flows one can run with the Business Basic plan.

    Please help my understanding.

    Regards,

    Vivek

    Licensing is a tricky thing...

Here is a link to a documentation page that may clear things up for you.

I believe that you have a limit of 250 Flows (per user) but I will defer to Microsoft staff on this.
