Completing Outlook task then completes planner task

Hello,

we have created a flow that starts when an Outlook task is created. The problem is that we are creating an Outlook Task from the OneNote program and it looks like that the task is added to Outlook before we finish editing the task (let say assigning the users, start date, due date). If the flow runs before you assign users to this task, the flow gets created without the information to whom the task has been assigned. How can we solve this to that flow runs after the task has all the attributes filled in?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @MarkoZ87

Can you share a screenshot of the flow? You might want to try by adding a small delay between the trigger and the next action and check if it gets all the attributes. Please note that the flow is triggered only when the new task is created and saved so you might want to check this one too.

    Hope this Helps!
