Get emails sent from a shared mailbox to specific users

Hi all,

I am looking for a flow that will get emails sent from a shared mailbox to specific members in an organisation, providing a regular count of approximately 2-3mins between running.

This is to keep a counter of emails sent to staff (approximately 20 members) as tasks to ensure it is being evenly distributed amongst the team. Once I create the flow I will then create a dashboard as a counter to display the figures for team leaders to keep track of distribution of tasks being sent from the mailbox.

Is there a way to do this?

    Hi @MattyT8

The answer is... it depends. Is it possible that the Flow could be used to Assign the Tasks, send the emails and THEN capture who it send it too etc?

Either way you can use the Get Emails, and specify the Sent box, to iterate through emails and capture. Of course you want to track the ones you already counted and you have to have other logic to keep your counter accurate. If your flow actually assigned the tasks etc, it would make it easier.

As this is the Answer, can you please mark this as Resolved/Answered and with a Thumbs Up.

It you want help building it, please open another Request with more details on what it would do.

    Thanks

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others
