Help Needed: Help Needed: Power Automate Flow for Tracking Excel Changes in Teams

I have literally just starting using power automate so excuse me for being a newbie.

My aim is to create a flow for a specific Excel file stored in my organization's Teams. I want the flow to send me an email whenever changes are made to a specific table in the Excel file. The email should include details about the changes and the person who modified the file. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Note: I am using the power automate cloud app and not the desktop.
