Too few Values to Claims i:0#.f|membership| when create item by Power Automate

Hi All,
I've found  that my value is too few when i drop down in Create item "Requester" Claims
I'm testing  just only me and my friend on my environments (private), but i don't see my friend's email in list drop down

Why can't i see my Friend's email in list ,how i can add more value ?

    Is the site shared with your friend?

    You can simply click on Custom value and type your friends claims ID

    1:0#.f|membership|emailaddress
