Flow Connection Reference Issues and Outlook Send Email Failure

I’m working with a cloud flow that was originally connected to my user account and worked correctly. Later, I moved it into a Solution and replaced the connection references with ones from a different (new) account.

Since the flow didn’t automatically recognize the new connection references, I manually updated them.

I have two questions:

  1. Is there a simpler or recommended way to switch connection references when moving a flow to a different account? Can connection references automatically map to the correct connections?

  2. After manually updating all connections to the new account, the flow works—except for the Outlook "Send an email (V2)" action. It fails with this error:

  • Flow error: Action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' failed: Error from token exchange: Permission denied due to missing connection ACL...
  • The flow has connectors for Fin&Ops, Dataverse and Outlook (only Outlook doesn't work)

Could you please explain step by step how to resolve this and ensure the flow can send emails from the new account successfully?

Thanks in advance!

    @vix7 Hi,
    I share some links , hope it will help you.

     and use service-principal connections where possible, so flows are not tied to user account.
    3. try to delete the connections from the solutions
    or in https://make.powerautomate.com, on the left menu tree, choose more, select connections, find the one for Outlook.

    good luck.
