When a Status is changed, send Email and Update Issue

I have a the follwoing flow that will send an email when an item is modified and the column is "Completed" but this is sending emails everytime any changes are made in all columneven after the original email was sent saying it had been marked as complete. How can I prevent this and is my flow setup correctly.

Any help is appreciated.

@jamescosten after your trigger you need the "Get changes for an item or a file (properties only)". Then in your condition you select Has Column Changed: Status or whatever your column is called and you could have an extra row of Status is equal to Completed. If true then send an email, otherwise do nothing.

@jamescosten you select Trigger Window Start Token from the dynamic content box. I've already discussed in my earlier post what to put in the condition.

I am geeting emails when the status is marked as complete, but now im recieveing emails again a few minutes later.
Im having to disable my flow, I dont get why it would be checking and resending?
