    Hi @Alphadrag ,

    Will VBScript will suitable for you, then try like this,

    WB.Sheets("View1").UsedRange.Copy
    WB.Sheets("View1Pivot").Cells(1, 1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues

    I know im a Power Query fanboy but why the hell not 😀

    Power query that range, output to new sheet whilst removing any empty rows.

    When you want to then send this its just a matter of selecting all, copy n paste etc.

    There are multiple ways.

    If want to use PAD actions then...

    - Loop through the cells starting from B5 to lastfreerow minus 1. Use "Read from Excel worksheet (value of a single cell)"

    - If cell value found empty delete entire row from Excel

    - Then "Read Excel worksheet". This will get the results into a datatable without the blank rows

    - You can do this by opening the file in read only so that the original file is not impacted - Launch Excel (Read only option)

    - Close the excel without saving

    Are you always writing to this Excel sheet as in appending or is it a new excel sheet every time ?

    Which rows are you looking to paste into a second file ?

    Lastly does this second file already have data as in more appending to ?

    There are loads of different solutions like the others posted but depends on what end result you require.

    If I can do it in Power Query without PAD all the better, less things to go wrong so to speak.

    Raw data with an empty row.
