I can't get a simple flow from a template to work

I'm using the save email attachements to onedrive template.

Both the mail and Once Drive connections seem to me OK.

No flow that I create works, they seem to fail getting email

I have tried several times.

Perhaps I'm missing some obvious setup issue?

That's good news. Thanks for debugging this.

To delete connection, you can go to connections page and delete that connections.

    https://flow.microsoft.com/manage/connections

I think I may have figured this out.

I had a microsoft account with the same email as my work email (Created before we switched to O365).

I changed that account to use a different email as primary and then created a new flow.

That one seems to be working.

Only problem is that I now have two accounts in the dropdown with the exact same email address.

There does not appear to be a way for me to delete the bad one

    Here you go:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/manage/flows/93f03c9f-5467-418d-acaa-3c96b7f0ea34/runs/08587269638232521609856536132

I recreated another flow that did something similar and it did run once sucessfully.

Then it started failing too in the same spot

I already created a ticket for this. #23404544

@DMac Would you mind to send us your flow name and run id ?

Just copy paste that url where you see that error.

    Thanks

@kkurni I dont know why there is an error.  You should log an ICM ticket.

@DMac Do you mind to send us flow id and flow run ?

You should be able to get it from the URL.

@SameerCh After I looked at the trigger "Office 365 - On New email", The output is :

    status : 500

    message: Unknown error

    source: 127.0.0.1

Would you mind to take a look why this office connector return 500 ?

    Thanks

    Hi DMac,

Do you mind to send me how you configure your flow ?

and flow ID and run ID as well from that URL ?

From that error if seems there is a problem with your office365 connections.

Would you mind to check you office365 connection that you use with that flow, whether there is no authentication issue ?

    Thanks
