Help with workflow when I modify an element in List

Dear, I have the following flow:
When the "Assigned To" column is modified, an email is sent to the person who is placed in "Assigned To", thanks to the help I received in this publication:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/Workflow-query-to-notify-the-person-that-an-item-has-been/td-p/1455735

But what happens to me now, for example when I create an element and assign it in the same action, the "Assigned to" flow is not executed.

Thanks for your help.

    Hi @Dionara ,

You need to send email to "Assigned To" person in-case of any changes in the SharePoint List Item, Is that the requirement? If yes, then the triggering event for Flow should be "When an item is modified" and then "Send email action" you need to use.

Please accept it as a solution and give thumbs up, if it works for you.

Yes, but if I create a new element in the list and assign it in the same action. Send mail flow when assigned does not work.

    Hi @Dionara ,

The new item you trying to create wouldn't call the current flow, because the event trigger is "when an item is modified", if you looking for both modified and created events, then set the flow trigger to "when an item is created or modified" for your flow.

Please accept it as a solution and give thumbs up, if it works for you.
