So basically we created a workflow using "List rows in a table, Get Items, Create Items and Update items" to automatically refresh data in a Microsoft list from a live excel file. But somehow it is saying the create item action failed and instead importing 471 items, it imported 461 items.
You need to open the apply to each by clicking it inside the run that failed, and go to the 461 iteration and look at the error
Fortunately you can jump right to the end, and go backwards 1 by 1 unti you see 461 and read the issue
Fix it and be good
