Hello all,
Currently, I am trying to prototype a Flow for our organization that creates an approval when a Form is submitted. We know that recipients need to be in our organization, or in Azure, and they are, but when we try to send test approvals out to the customer, they never receive it. It is instead sent to me directly. I created the Form and the Flow, and submitted the test, so maybe that is part of the reason I received it, but I am not sure. When I tested it again, sending it only to a coworker in my organization, it was sent correctly.
Can anyone advise why this would be happening, and how to fix this?

Approvals need to be to users with the same organisation. Are your customers setup as guest accounts?
