Updated responses in Forms not updating in Sharepoint

Hello,
I built a flow that takes the survey built in Forms and creates a new item in Sharepoint with the data. However when someone retakes the form survey it does not update what is already on share point. Can someone help me create a flow that updates responses from forms into share point ?

Current flow: Forms(when a new response it submitted) -> Forms (Get response details) -> Sharepoint (create new item)

Resubmitting the same form won't trigger the flow - seems to be a limitation

But you can try another way - Create a scheduled flow - capture a list of form responses using Form API and then check for each responses - whether any update has to be done to sharepoint list item, To identify each response item in sharepoint, create a column in sharepoint list which stores response id , use that response id to lookup form responses in sharepoint.

    Thanks & Regards,

Yes, you can do it, with a unique identifier for the Form - the submitter's email address is probably the best one. You run the same Flow at the start, but then check to see if a record already exists in the SharePoint List with that email address. If it exists, update the record, if not create a new record.
