Test successful , but everytime fails in real action. Error message below, please advsie

i did the test of the flow, it is successful, 

 

but then it was put into real action, it fails.

    it is a simple UI desktop follow, only involve in Email, 

     

    initiated by new email in one email folder

     

    1. go to that email folder

    2, click few button

    3. close the email.

     

    when i re-submit the fail runs, it seems not able to find that email folder correctly.

     

    could that be problem? if so, what is the best way to select email folder?

    It seems no clear error message for further troubleshooting.

    I suggest you raise a support ticket to MS support with your activityid. Maybe the support engineer can help to find more information in detail.
