AI Model has been retraining for a long time

I have an AI model with 3 collections. I have added 15 new documents to one of the collections and it has been retaining for over 3 hours now. Anyone know why this is occurring? I've never had this issue with other models.

    That depends on factors such as the size and complexity of the training set.
    Have you managed to resolve this issue, and was the model eventually trained successfully?
