Hi Community!

I am working on a chatbot that accesses a SharePoint with Generative Answers. Information is stored there in Word Documents and the documents have been on the SharePoint for a long time. Content Moderation is set to low.

I have noticed that the generation of answers depends on several factors:

- Formulation of the question, e.g. 'What is ...' or 'Tell me something about ...', one generates an answer and the other not, even a question mark can be decisive for an answer

- the name of the Word-document, no answer generated when the title has no accordance with the question

- no answers generated from bullet points

What are your experiences with Generative Answers?

Are there reasons why Generative Answers does not work well?

Are there any best practices I can follow to increase my chances of getting an answer?
