Form Trigger doen't work

I can't choose my form from id by this existing flow. If i create a new flow i can choose the id. The flow works fine in last time. I can't be the option to create the flow new.

Hi sfoerst,

Could you show me more details about your scenario?

What do you mean by “choose form from id”? Is it an Id field in the form and you can select the Id from the dynamic content?

A screenshot with more information about Id would be better for understanding.

in the picture above you will see, that i klicked on the form an die list doesn't appear. In the following steps the form values are not resolved properly and i can choose them in any textbox.
I hope the screenshots could it descripe better.

Hi!
I have the same problem, but this trigger doesn't work only when choose a template. If I choose "create from blank" - trigger opens and I can choose suitable form.
Unfortunately, I have more serious problem - there is no dinamic content available for my forms, except "Response ID".
Also flows are working unstable - I get flow action after an hour or more, or even don't get it at all.
Have no ideas, what to do and how it may be fixed...
