Hi everyone,

I have the current problem/project I want to fix/complete:

We have a ticketsystem that will send an e-mail to an seperate e-mail adress for this project.

The header contains a subject, an ID and a category all seperated by a semicolon. "Test;2132123;AzureLoadBalancer"

The body contains the body of the ticket.

I now want to post a Message into teams with a tag to the individual regarding category (switched by header category).

Anyone any ideas how to do this? I would really appreciate a detailed answer, to build the flow aswell.
