[Sharepoint List Attachment to Planner] The Attachement in the Task shows an Error Message / But some Attachments are working

Hi,

I built a flow which uploads new entries from a form to a sharepoint list and then to a Planner (to track bugs).

The problem now is, that some attachments shows an Error Message that the Item does not exist, but when I open the attachment in a new Window (browser) then it's showing correctly.

If I open it in a new windows it's showing the attachment.

Also:

Some Attachments work correctly. I checked if it depends on the file type (.jpg, .pdf,...) But some jpg's are working and some not. I also checked if it has something to do with the name (with spacing, special characters) but it seems that this is also not the solution.

When I built it few weeks ago, it worked perfectly, but since a while it showing the error message.

My Uploading Flow (Forms -> Sharepoint List):

Then I'm deleting the file from the personal OneDrive Folder and adding some details to the task:

Then I check how many Attachments were uploaded (with a counter variable) and using a switch to upload all attachments to the tasks:

Can you help me?
My last thought would be maybe that I have to declare the file type (never seen this before, maybe it's new?):

    Hi @NamNam

I was looking at your issue and it's seems like power automate flow is making everything as expected. As you said, the flow is running successfully every time but you are getting the error in Planner. So, please visit the link below to reach out the Planner Community, they will be so happy to assist you with that. If solving this issue needs something in the flow let me know!
