Eventbrite to Dynamics flow fault

Hi All,

I wonder if you can help. I have a flow set up to take any customer who registers on an event on eventbrite then they are
1. added as a contact - This part works
2. updates the contact to attach them to the event - receiving an error.

The error code I receive is:
{
  "status"400,
  "message""Bad Request - Error in query syntax.",
  "source""stepstirlingcrm.crm4.dynamics.com",
  "errors": [],
  "debugInfo""clientRequestId: c9b17118-a126-4282-93ea-a7ae84b7a8c0"
}

I can't seem to find where the problem is coming from. Can anyone help?

    Hi @Jenn_0014

    I've actually written about setting up a full end to end EventBrite registration process using Flow.

    You can read about it here.

    Let me know if this helps and if so please mark my response as answered.

    Kind regards,

    Michael

    Hi @Jenn_0014,

    Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

    How do you add the customer as a contact?

    Further, how do you update the contact and attach them to your Eventbrite event?

    The error message told that there is something wrong within your query syntax. Please check if there is something wrong with the query within your action.

    Best regards,

    Kris
