Show a previous response in a SharePoint list new item

Hi, I have a SharePoint list where one of the columns is a numerical value (1-10). Several different users complete a list form once a month and it would be helpful if they could be shown their previous answer before they input the new answer. So for example, last month for the list question 'Score?' they entered '5'. The second month, when they again fill out the form, they should see " 'Score?' (last month you entered 5)" - is this possible? I was thinking it would be possible with some sort of flow. Thanks!

    Hello,

     

    As I understand, you want to custom new form of a SharePoint list. This is not related to MS Flow or Power Automate because you are going to customize the new form of MS SharePoint List. In order to do that, you can use Power Apps for the customization or you have to create a custom form by using SharePoint Framework (SPFX).
