How to match text in different SharePoint

Hi everyone,

I want to match text in first SharePoint and text in second SharePoint.

In screen1 it will show the detail of machine (machine’s name, no., maintenance detail) (manual input).

In screen2 will show the status of all machine.

Screen1&2 have same machine’s name and number. If the machine’s name and number are inputted in screen1 it will show the status in screen2 that “this machine is unavailable” .

Now i’ve created two SharePoint list

1. The screen to input the details of machine which in process.

2.list of all machine name, no. and status.

Could you please give me some suggest to do

Do you want to show detail information when you input machine’s number, and status of this machine will be displayed in screen2?

I don’t want to show detail information in screen2.

Is it possible that status in screen2 is automatic change between available and unavailable?

And another condition is in screen1 will show only machine that in process of maintenance. And screen2 will show list of all machine.

Example:
Filter if Amachine is in screen1, in screen2 Amachine will show unavailable and other machine will show available

Hi @Xxxqt ,

I'm a little confused about your requirement.
You want screen1 to show a machine that in process of maintenance. Are all these machine's name and number manually inputted?
You mean the status of those machine in screen2 depends on whether they are in screen1. Does the status field in SharePoint list not work?

In screen1 it will show only machine which is in process, so SharePoint of screen1 do not have all of machine list.
And screen2 will show status of machine (e.g. available / unavailable) so the sharepoint of screen2 will have list of machine (eg name: Amachine no: 123 status: available)

If Amachine is broken it will in process of maintenance. And show in screen1 and in screen2 will show status: unavailable. If Bmachine is still working it will not show in screen1 and in screen2 will show that Bmachine status: available.
