Populate a Microsoft Word template with MS Lists data

Hi, have there been any recent changes regarding the premium connector "Populate a Microsoft Word Template"? I created a flow that, for a selected item, takes data from MS Lists and populates a Microsoft Word template. This flow works perfectly with my account since I have a premium license. However, this flow and the MS Lists are intended for use by a specific department in our company (around 5 people) who will populate around 10-15 Word documents per month, and they have a free Power Automate license.

The problem is that when they try to run this flow, they get an error: "Error: Flow could not be activated because you need a [Power Automate Premium license] or other license that includes premium connectors to save this flow with connection: "

So, I am wondering what to do at this point. My connection is used in every action/trigger inside the flow. In the settings, I have shared the flow with people (users and groups and also SharePoint). In the "Run only users" section, my connection is used for access to Word Online (Business).

Did Microsoft really disable this way of sharing your premium license flow with others? What bothers me the most is that similar flows, which include populating a Microsoft Word template and were created at the start of 2024, still work, and people with a free license can use them.

Thanks!

All of the users who run the flow need to have the premium license as well, as stated in the error.

    From Microsoft:
    • Your premium flow is invoked by multiple users. In this case, either everyone needs a Premium license, or the flow needs a Process license. If a flow has a Process license, it doesn't require any user to have a license. It provides an organization with the flexibility to pay for licenses based on the number of flows. Larger organizations or solutions that affect many people can benefit from the fixed monthly cost.
