Is it possible to send approval emails to someone outside of your organization? I tried with my personal email as a test and it did not work. One post says it should, Another post says it won't.

If not would a work around be to create a contact card within my Org with those external emails and send to the contact card?

hi @rmanthey it is not possible to get the responses from other organization.

I was able to find a solution that fits my needs.

So the Start and Wait for an Approval did not work outside my organization but the Send Email with Options works perfectly and allows me to capture the response and update that specific item in my share point list.
