Email Reminder based on a date in an excel file

Hi I am new to power automate and could do with some help.

 

I have an excel file with employees safety cards expiration dates in a table along with name etc.

 

I want to get an email reminder 21 days before the expiration so that I organise courses.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Timmybrown ,

     

    You can create a scheduled flow that runs everyday. This flow could get all rows of the Excel table. For each row, it could compare the expiration date and current date, if date difference is equal to 21, then send an email to the recipient's Email address.

    Can you please give me advise on how you would compare the current date and expiry date?

     

    I have set a flow up at the minute that will return the rows in the table every day.
