Sharepoint List GUID or List ID? Are they the same thing?

Hello

I have a Power Automate flow that creates a Teams site, copies an Excel file over and then populates that Excel file with data.

The issue I'm having is that I can't just type "Documents" into the "Document Library" field of my Update A Row Excel action.  The only way it works is if I can provide it what I believe is called a List ID. The List ID for this example start "b!QJ4KNjE..." and is 66 characters long.

Is there a way I can extract that ID from anywhere, perhaps by using an HTTP Request? There is another thing called a GUID, which is 36 character long encoded differently "f8126338-85..."

Unfortunately if I populate the Document Library with the GUID it errors.  Please can anyone advise?

Finally solved it.  It's the Drive ID I needed, and I used an GET request to retrieve it.
