I have a workflow that copies three Excel files in OneDrive to another folder, and thereafter a delay of 5 minutes, execute a sequence of Office Scripts on the Excel files. The issue is that at times I get the error "Graph Item not found, was it unshared or deleted?" at the step where the workflow should execute an Office script. A workaround I tried was to create this flow in a solution and break it up into a parent and child flow. The errors still persist, and I have to edit and reselect the script in the step and save, then running the flow it works so for some time.
Other times the error I get would be when the flow gets stuck on a child flow and show "The server did not receive a response from an upstream server...."
Has anyone ever seen this or has a potential solution? Thank you in advance!!
