I have a portal that was provisioned in french, and then added english. But when the user selects english the main header and side menu stays in french even though all of the web link sets have both french and english.
The text for the english web link sets are in english, the portals is set to private currently. Also I did accidentally deleted the original default english web link sets that was auto generated after adding english to the portal.
