Sending email notification if custom due date is overdue

Hello all,

I'm new here as well as I'm new with Power Automate. I have the following issue:

  • I created a small model-driven Power App, something like a very special CRM
  • I created an entity for ToDos with a due-date field
  • Now I want to get daily mails with all overdue ToDos and a link to them, if possible
  • Unfortunately neither Google search nor Microsoft Support could help me
  • I created a scheduled flow which runs once a day
  • I added an Email notification activity
  • And then I'm lost. I don't know how to access my Power App entity and I also don't know how to run a selection over all the datasets and selecting the overdue ones to create my mail body

Hope there is anyone who can support me.

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards

Peter

    Hello @accelle

    Welcome to power automate!

All entities in Power Apps are stored in Common Data Service (CDS).

Power automate has connectors for CDS.

Add a List records action. Select your entity name.

Run the Flow, and copy and paste the outputs of the List records action here. So we can better help you with your use case.
